Technical Steps to Conclude a Contract

A contract of sale for media items between a buyer and a Photographer is concluded on the Platform as follows:

-The buyer browses available media on whoshotyou.com and adds desired items to the cart.
-The buyer proceeds to the checkout, where the total price, Platform fee, Payment fee, and final amount payable are clearly displayed.
-The buyer confirms the order and pays via the Stripe payment interface. Purchased digital content is made available for download immediately upon payment confirmation.
-Upon successful payment, the buyer receives an order-confirmation email with order details and a download link.

Identification and Correction of Input Errors

Buyers can review and modify cart contents (add, remove, or change quantities) on the cart page at any point before completing the checkout step. Pricing, fees, and totals are recalculated and shown automatically after each change. On the checkout step, all payment details (price, fees, total, payment method) are displayed once more before the buyer commits to the order. A separate email-address field allows guest buyers to correct their email before placing the order.

Order Confirmation

Upon successful completion of an order, the buyer receives an immediate electronic confirmation by email at the address provided. The confirmation contains the order reference, the items purchased, the total paid, and a download link for the purchased media.
